Les Bistronomes is a fine dining restaurant which prides itself on reinvigorating French classics and bringing them in line with modern cuisine. Every meal is crafted with seasonal produce and designed by Executive Chef and Sole Owner, Clément Chauvin. It also has an extensive list of French wines, ensuring your palate has a true ‘tour de France’. Originally located in Braddon for five years, the restaurant has since nestled into the community suburb of Campbell from October 2019. The restaurant’s ethos has always been to create good food, good service in a homely, relaxed atmosphere. You can dine à la carte or sample what Clément has to offer with the Chef dégustation.
